It’s easy to customize, keeps well in the fridge, and is sure to become a favorite at your next get-together.
🧾 Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3.9 oz vanilla or chocolate instant pudding mix
1½ cups milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz Cool Whip (or whipped topping)
25–30 Reese’s Miniatures, halved
¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Step 1: Blend Cream Cheese and Pudding
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and pudding mix together until smooth and fully combined — about 2–3 minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
Step 2: Add Milk Gradually
With the mixer running, slowly add the milk one-quarter cup at a time, making sure each addition is fully incorporated before adding more. The mixture should be thick but smooth.
Step 3: Stir in Peanut Butter
Add the creamy peanut butter and continue mixing until the texture becomes rich and uniform.
Step 4: Fold in Cool Whip
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture becomes light, airy, and completely blended — this is what gives the fluff its signature soft and scoopable consistency.
Step 5: Mix in Candy and Chocolate Chips
Fold in the halved Reese’s Miniatures and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the fluff.
Step 6: Chill and Serve
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up slightly. This also helps the candies set into the mixture beautifully.
