
Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups sliced potatoes
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt & pepper. Brown in a skillet with oil (2–3 mins per side).
- Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, then add onions on top.
- Place browned pork chops over the onions.
- In a bowl, mix mushroom soup and milk until smooth and pour over the pork chops.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 mins, or until pork and potatoes are tender.
- Uncover for the last 5–10 mins to lightly brown the top.
- Serve hot.
