Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt & pepper. Brown in a skillet with oil (2–3 mins per side).
  2. Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, then add onions on top.
  3. Place browned pork chops over the onions.
  4. In a bowl, mix mushroom soup and milk until smooth and pour over the pork chops.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 mins, or until pork and potatoes are tender.
  6. Uncover for the last 5–10 mins to lightly brown the top.
  7. Serve hot.
