Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2–3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix blueberries with honey (and cinnamon if using).
  2. Spread cream cheese on one tortilla.
  3. Spoon blueberries evenly over it and top with the second tortilla.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook quesadilla 2–3 min per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
