
Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2–3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix blueberries with honey (and cinnamon if using).
- Spread cream cheese on one tortilla.
- Spoon blueberries evenly over it and top with the second tortilla.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook quesadilla 2–3 min per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice and serve warm.
