
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 packet (or 2 tsp) fajita seasoning
- Tortillas, for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, guacamole
Instructions
- Toss chicken strips with fajita seasoning and lime juice.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet; cook chicken for 5–6 min until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet add remaining oil and cook onion & bell peppers for 4–5 min until tender.
- Add chicken back to skillet and stir together for 1–2 min.
- Serve hot in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
