Pioneer Woman Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot and lay pork chops on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture over pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours (or HIGH for 3–4 hours) until tender.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and spoon sauce over top.
