
🍗 Crispy Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry, toss in olive oil and seasonings.
- Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until golden and cooked through.
🥔 Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Toss wedges with olive oil and seasonings.
- Spread on a baking tray.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes until crispy.
🥗 Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, diced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup kalamata olives
- ½ cup feta cheese, cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and olives.
- Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Toss salad and top with feta cubes.
🥬 Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients
- ½ green cabbage, shredded
- ½ purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, grated
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix cabbages and carrots in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper.
- Combine and chill 30 minutes before serving.
