
🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry, season generously with salt & pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet on high until just smoking.
- Add steak bites in a single layer, sear 1–2 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat, add butter & garlic, toss steak bites for 1 min.
- Garnish with parsley.
🍳 Soft Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk or cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet on low-medium.
- Pour in eggs, stir gently with a spatula until creamy and just set.
🧀 Cottage Cheese (Side)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- Sprinkle of black pepper or smoked paprika
- Optional: sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, or chives for freshness
👉 Plate suggestion:
- Steak bites on one side,
- Soft scrambled eggs fluffy next to them,
- Cottage cheese served chilled on the side with a sprinkle of herbs.
This makes a balanced high-protein breakfast or quick dinner.
