Steak bites, Scrambled Eggs Cottage Cheese

🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry, season generously with salt & pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet on high until just smoking.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer, sear 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter & garlic, toss steak bites for 1 min.
  5. Garnish with parsley.

🍳 Soft Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet on low-medium.
  3. Pour in eggs, stir gently with a spatula until creamy and just set.

🧀 Cottage Cheese (Side)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • Sprinkle of black pepper or smoked paprika
  • Optional: sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, or chives for freshness

👉 Plate suggestion:

  • Steak bites on one side,
  • Soft scrambled eggs fluffy next to them,
  • Cottage cheese served chilled on the side with a sprinkle of herbs.

This makes a balanced high-protein breakfast or quick dinner.
