Shrimp and Cheddar Garlic Bread Bombs 🍤🧀

Deliciously cheesy and garlicky shrimp-filled bread bombs that are perfect for snacking!
Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pack of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Take a biscuit from the dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture in the center.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter for added flavor.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
