Ingredients:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups cooked rice (for serving)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Paprika or Cajun seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
