Shrimp and Cheddar Alfredo Croissant Bake 🍤🧀
A creamy and cheesy delight featuring savory shrimp in a flaky croissant bake.
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 package of croissants (8 count)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
    Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, sauté the shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Cut the croissants in half and layer the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour half of the cream mixture over the croissants, followed by the sautéed shrimp and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Top with the other halves of the croissants, then pour the remaining cream mixture on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
