
Shrimp and Cheddar Alfredo Croissant Bake 🍤🧀
A creamy and cheesy delight featuring savory shrimp in a flaky croissant bake.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 package of croissants (8 count)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions: - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Cut the croissants in half and layer the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the croissants, followed by the sautéed shrimp and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Top with the other halves of the croissants, then pour the remaining cream mixture on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
