
Baked Crispy Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional but adds a “meaty” umami flavor)
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley, squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 220°C / 425°F. - Season the Cauliflower
Place the florets in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until fully coated.
(Mix in the Parmesan at the end if using.) - Bake
Spread the seasoned florets on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until they turn golden brown and crispy on the edges. - Serve
Remove from the oven and (optional) squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top.
