Baked Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional but adds a “meaty” umami flavor)
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley, squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat to 220°C / 425°F.
  2. Season the Cauliflower
    Place the florets in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until fully coated.
    (Mix in the Parmesan at the end if using.)
  3. Bake
    Spread the seasoned florets on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until they turn golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  4. Serve
    Remove from the oven and (optional) squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top.
