
Ingredients
- 20–22 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup ricotta or cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning + ⅓ cup water and simmer 2–3 min.
- Remove from heat and stir in salsa, ricotta (or cream cheese), and 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Spoon beef mixture into each shell and place in baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 min, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
