
Ingredients
- 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot and lay pork chops on top.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour mixture over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours (or HIGH for 3–4 hours) until tender.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and spoon sauce over top.
