Shrimp and Crab Grit Bomb Skillet 🍤🦀
A deliciously creamy skillet dish packed with shrimp, crab, and cheesy grits.
Ingredients:

- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions: - In a pot, bring water to a boil and stir in the grits. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and combine.
- In a large serving dish, spread the cheesy grits and top with the shrimp and crab mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
